The Center for Tobacco Independence (CTI) can assist employers as they examine the best methods to reduce tobacco use among employees. We offer services tailored to meet specific goals - from re-examining a smoking policy to implementing a comprehensive plan.
A comprehensive approach to tobacco use can help reduce employee smoking and enhance outcomes. CTI can work with you to develop or modify smoking policy, address insurance benefits for treatment, train staff, and explore offering treatment services at the worksite.
Center for Tobacco Independence Services include:
Policy Development: CTI can help guide organizations through their proposed or imminent changes related to smoking policies or treatment benefit design.
Training and Education: CTI provides relevant information to improve knowledge and skill in addressing tobacco use and dependence. Training can be developed for a variety of employees including administrators, managers, human resource personnel, health professionals and others.
